Política de cancelación

We want to be flexible for unforeseen cancellations. We prefer to be notified at least 24 hours ahead of time and can therefore reschedule your appointment and adjust our scheduling accordingly. Any cancellations made 24-hours prior to the set time will be fully refunded minus the Wix fees incurred (up to 4%). For PSYCH-K, Nutrition and Grief Recovery-Private, cancellations made within the 24-hour period will incur a $50 admin fee. Refunds are not available for the Grief Recovery Series-Group after the first session has started (exceptions may apply.)
